Built by a Pastor's Kid. Built for Pastors.

We exist to give you the clarity you deserve about your church's health, year-round.

Not Born From Frustration. Built From Necessity.

Holy Insights was born out of a necessity for seeing the whole picture. The founder's father, a pastor, had an emphasis on data and metrics from his very first day in ministry. He was never the kind of leader who waited until the annual report to find out how the church was doing. He wanted to know the full picture, week by week, so he could make confident, informed decisions year-round.

Holy Insights started as a tool to enhance that kind of leadership, not fix broken leadership. It takes pastors who already care about their church's health and gives them something they did not have before: a clear, consistent, organized dashboard that shows the whole picture at a glance. The kind of tool that turns good leaders into great ones by giving them visibility they could not get from scattered spreadsheets alone.

That's why I built Holy Insights. We created a church metrics dashboard designed specifically for pastors and church leaders. Not to reduce ministry to numbers, but to equip you with the clarity you need to shepherd your flock more effectively. Your church data should work for you, not against you. It should inform your decisions and help you notice what matters before the annual report surprises you again.

Our Mission

We believe every pastor deserves to know their church's health year-round, not just at annual report time.

Our Core Values

Faithfulness Over Fruitfulness

We measure what matters to God, not just what is easy to count. Some of the most important work in ministry doesn't show up on a dashboard, and we honor that.

People Over Performance

Data serves people, not the other way around. Every metric is designed to help you serve your congregation better, not to drive you toward arbitrary targets.

Wisdom Over Data

Numbers inform decisions, but pastoral wisdom and prayer have the final word. We're a tool to support your leadership, never a substitute for it.

Why Church Metrics Matter

Most churches understand the basic growth principle: you gain new members through the front door and lose them through the back door. But without consistent weekly data, you never see the back door problem until it's too late. By then, you're scrambling to understand what happened instead of being positioned to address it proactively. Tracking metrics like attendance trends, newcomer assimilation rates, and your next generation percentage gives you early warning signals. You see patterns emerge over weeks and months, not just in the annual report. This kind of consistent, accessible data transforms how you lead, allowing you to respond to challenges with intention and clarity rather than surprise.
